sir i have burning problem in urin out and also having prob urin doesnot out easly it comes and stop again come and stop it happen approxmit to 5 years, my age 26 years plese send my email id um***85k@rediff.com

Hello, As per you symptoms, you may have urinary tract infections. This may be very common if you are not following proper diet, or consuming less water. If your body nature is hot, then also you may suffer from recurrent or frequent urinary infections. If stress and anxiety is predominant in you or some emotional factors like high irritability may also lead to this complaint. With the help of ayurveda and homeopathy, siddha medicines, you may get rid from this complaint along with yoga and pranayama. Diet is very important. Avoid using oily foods, spicy foods in excess and the food items which generate excessive heat in the body should be avoided. Consume fruit juices and plenty or liquids is recommended.
