Urinary infection and burning sensation 
Hello Sir /Madam I am 30 year old lady.From last 10 years i am suffering from urinary infection and burning my life is becoming hell day by day ,i feel so sick pus cell count is more and ESR is also more.PLS HELP ME.

Hello, Based on your given complaints, you are suffering from possible urinary tract infections which are recurrent and associated with burning urination and ESR and pus cells in urine may give the positive reports for urinary tract infections. Particularly in females, due to some gynaecology complaints and that should be ruled out like by seeing for white discharge or menstrual abnormalities which has to be managed with appropriate treatments. Following medicines are helpful for urinary tract infections such as Divya Patrangasava, Divya Chandraprabha Vati, Bangshil are indicated medicines. You can also consume Gokshuradi Guggulu for recurrent urinary tract infections. There are certain home remedies like using sandalwood paste mixed with rosewater and to be applied below umbilical area which gives good relief. Drinking barely water is also very helpful. Precautions and preventive measures such as cleaning vaginal area with fresh water after using toilet and choosing clean toilets when you go to public places is very important.
