Vericose vain problem 
My age is 33 and i am diabetic and i have pain behind my knee and little swallow., i can't bend my knee when i sit on floor, doctor said this is vericose vain problem. Please.....give some advice i want to get rid of this. because its painful whole day. i request again please suggest some ayuruvedic medicine for that. can i do some stretching execrise ya walk.

Hello, As you are suffering from diabetes and knee joint pains, and varicosity problem which are interrelated in one or in other way.
