Vertigo Herbal remedies

As per your given query, you are suffering from vertigo since 2 years and vertigo is explained as sensation of motion or spinning, and losing physical balance. Vertigo is associated with many disorders and is having different etiologies. Usually vertigo may be positional and associated with vomiting, or nausea.

One type of vertigo is peripheral vertigo that is associated with inner ear and Benign positional vertigo is due to a disturbance within the inner ear.

Another type of vertigo is central vertigo and is associated with brain.

Diseases like migraine, trauma, middle ear infections, and viral infections etc.

There are few home remedies such as consuming ginger juice with honey equal quantity ½ tsp each.

Consumption of Coriander, lemon juice in combination may also helpful for the same condition and prevents vomiting.

Yoga and pranayama also helps to get rid of this problem.

In Ayurveda Panchakarma treatment, there is Nasyakarma which is good therapeutic treatment for vertigo and also Shirodhara is also recommended.

Consuming Ashvagandha, Sarivadi Vati for 3 months will help you to reduce the symptoms.

You can add 1/2tsp of Triphala Churna for Ashvagandha which is useful.
