Expert's Advice:- Hello, Vitreous hemorrhage is understood that if there is any extravasation of blood into vitreous body of the eye which may cause retinal tears or neovascularization of the retina, and bleeding complaints. There are many reasons for the same. However, in terms of ayurvedic management, one should have some internal medicines to prevent further damage. The best remedy is consuming Triphala Churna which is very helpful and if you can consume this medicine with honey, it is helpful. At the same time, you may consume the ghee medication of Triphala. You can use Saptamrit Loha medicine which is very helpful for improving the power of vision. There are some treatments which are helpful for the same condition in terms of ayurvedic Panchakarma Treatments, that will assist you, however, by considering all factors, you must consult an ayurvedic doctor and must have regular follow up with allopath doctor. Do not strain yourself, and if you have constipation, that should be corrected too. Avoid consuming allergic food items which is also important to avoid sneezing or any allergic conditions.
