Pranam Babaji, I'm very thin. I'm 22yrs old but my weight is only 43kg. I suffer from low blood pressure always. I have anemia also. What should I do toincrease my weight.

Hello,

Depending up on body mass index ideal body weight varies from age. Due to many factors like malnutrition, or due to any underlying diseases, your weight might reduced.

However, weight gaining is possible easily. By following balanced diet, you will gain weight. You need to consume proper nourished food, and follow proper timings.

If there poor appetite, proper care has to be taken to improve appetite.

As you mentioned that you have anemia, you need special attention to overcome from this problem by consuming green leafy vegetables, etc.

Adequate amounts of nutrition containing carbohydrates, proteins, fats which are safe, proteins, etc. are necessary.

In order to improve basal metabolic rate or BMR, you need to consume heavy breakfast, and consume fruits, vegetables, dairy products.

Fruit salads and Milkshakes are energetic.

Consume dry fruits like figs, dates and raisins, and other dry fruits are useful.

Sprouted green gram or chena dal is helpful to gain ideal weight.

Amrit Rasayana, and Chayawanprash are useful medicines.

For fighting with anemia, you need to consume Lohasavam which is very helpful.
