sir,namasta..sir i am 26y old. but my body weight is only 36kg.my all the pathology reapots are normal.i try many type of (alo./ayu./hemo./yog etc.)methords to gaining weight ,but i am faild.........sir please give some tips to gaining weight for my bright fur.............thanks..

Hello,

Depending on body mass index, your body weight parameter can be assessed. It seems you have underweight problem. Weight issue is mainly depending on body-mind coordination. If there is any kind of irregularities in lifestyle, and food habits, there may be changes in weight issues.

If you are not regular follower of timing while consuming food, or if you are not concentrating on food while consuming it, or if you are not liking the food which you eat, may lead to indigestion, or further there will be altered appetite. Keeping these points in mind, you need to rectify if there are any irregularities.

In order to improve basal metabolic rate or BMR, consuming adequate amount of breakfast is important, you can consume banana mash, fruits, vegetables, dairy products etc.

Milk products should be consumed regularly.

Consume dry fruits like figs, dates and raisins, and other dry fruits are useful.

If you have anemia, you can consume Lohasavam which is very helpful.

Regular physical exercises are necessary.

You can consume some medicines which help you to put weight such as Arjuna Gritham, Amrit Rasayana, and Chayawanprash are useful medicines.
