Hi i am 27yrs Female with weight of 40 kg i want to gain weight and my personality also looks bad everyone tells me i am looking like school going kid. Could you plz guide me how to gain personality and improve my breast size also

Hello,

There are many ways to increase weight. If you do not have any illness or menstrual disturbances, then it is easier to gain weight. You need to follow strict balanced diet for gaining weight.

Usually body physiology depends on basal metabolic rate that is also called as BMR. It depends on morning breakfast. Hence you need to consume proper breakfast.

If you have any kind of gastric illness like loss of appetite or gastritis etc, it should be rectified. After correcting appetite and digestion, you can follow strict diet. You can follow high-calorie based food and meanwhile that food should not affect lipid profile.

So, you can consume milk products or diary products. milk diet, or fruit diet also very important.

There are many herbal medicine which can be used to gain weight like Shatavari, amlaki, Ashwaganda, Vidhari etc. Meanwhile, you have to do regular exercise and yoga and pranayama which is very helpful to enhance digestion process. If you are nonvegetarian, you can use soup forms.

Though there is no shortcut to gain weight with in short time, but on gradual diet basis one can easily gain weight.

Suggested medications: Divya Amrit Rasayana and Amla Murabba can be used for this condition.
