Expert's Advice:- Hello sir, Usually body weight and height depends up on each and individual body constituency, apart from this is nutrition factor which is important. Our body growth functions according to basal metabolic rate (BMR), it depends on the intake of food and nutrition, even timing of food also maters. Following tips would help to increase your son’s height and weight. 1.Morning breakfast should be in bulk with proper vegetables and milk also should be given. 2.Include all kinds of food like cereals, pulses, dry fruits on daily basis. 3.Physical exercise is very important along with sports. Pull ups are very important in order to increase height. 4.Yoga and Pranayama. 5.There are certain medicines or Rasayanas which help to increase the weight and height of the body such as, Himani Sona Chandi Chyawanprash daily, and Divya Ashwagandha Churna one teaspoon with milk.
