Sir,
Please give me some advice or any medicine for my increasing weight. Specially, my stomach is becoming big. i mean fats are increasing in my body.

Expert's Advice:- Hello, I would like to suggest some tips which can be followed as per your convenience, along with that I would like to suggest some medicines and some Yogasanas which may help you to reduce your weight. Eat small, frequent meals. Dinner should be the smallest meal. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily. Increase the amount of fresh fruit, vegetables and juices in your diet. Don't feel frustrated and give up while following diet • Half an hour of brisk walking is recommended. Using the stairs twice daily rather than the lift, except after meals. * Exercise should be done under medical supervision for those with health risks. Even small weight losses have shown to be beneficial. Make gradual changes in eating habits. You will lose weight when you burn more calories than you consume. Hence eating less and being more active helps in losing weight. Sound eating habits keep you from putting on weight. Stay motivated to lose weight. Slow weight loss is the safest and most effective. Gradual weight loss, promote long term loss of body fat. To satisfy basic nutritional needs eat a variety of foods every day. Choose from each of the five food groups: Milk, meat, fruit, vegetable and cereals. Balanced food plans encourage making wise choices about everyday food choices. This type of diet helps to stay at your proper weight for life. Since you have irregular food habits, please evaluate your eating pattern. Try to cut down on foods high in fats and sugar. Most successful weight losing is to plan and maintain an emphasis on reduction in both calories and the amount of fat eaten. Try to regularize your food habits which is very important for you, as you need to maintain morning breakfast mandatory as it is main parameter for our BMR(basal metabolic rate) which plays key role for weight reduction. Yoga: I am recommending some yogasanas which may be done under strict supervision. Paschimottanasana Saral Hasta Bhujangasana Sarvangasana Halasana Dhanurasana Veerasana Trikonasana Ardhamatsyendrasana There is a treatment(Panchakarma) called UDWARTHANAM(powder massage) which may help you to reduce weight.
