Yoga and Sex

Yoga is a combination of eight limbs as per pathanjali yoga sutras where the conducts were explained along with disciplines, pranayama or meditation and yoga poses.

Making use of yoga with the combination of above four mentioned techniques, one can achieve desired results. Among those is sexual life.

By doing yoga one can be stable physically and mentally. As sex and sexual life is mainly depends on physical and mental stamina.

With the help of yoga one can achieve physical and stamina. By doing yoga poses one can maintain proper stamina in pelvic muscles which is very helpful for sexual act.

There are certain yoga poses like Paschimothasana, Padangshtasana, Sarvangasana, Dhanurasana, Svanasana, suptavirasana, Matsyasana etc are very useful yoga poses which help to maintain desirable results. Pranayama like doing anulomaviloma pranayama, and Mulabandha are very helpful.

These pelvic exercises are very helpful to maintain proper stamina and regular practice of these yogasanas will help to keep the body fit.

Usually there will be mainly two kinds of sexual complaints, they are mainly premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction. These complaints can be rectified easily with yoga as there will be desired control over mind.
