SIR im divyasri 26 years old delivered baby boy few days back..on 23rd Sept 2017..i have query regarding which food to take...can we intake all fruits and vegetables and green leaves...is there any issue of catching cold to baby with few of them like grapes....gauva...citrus fruits and few g.l and vegtbles....can I have regular food like during preganacy or is there any problem with it 4 child like...
