I am 36 y/o male, I do have a bad habbiy of Indian Gutkha. Recently had cervical spine disc bulge and pain, from which I developed much anxiety, also had side effect of allopathic meds: pain management, steroids ( which I have stopped all a week ago), same time I tried completely stopping gutkha and so added much more to the anxiety, heart rate going to 120s and 130s at night when i tried to sleep....
