I am 61 yrs with no Hypertension or diabetes. For the last 20 days I am taking Kwath made at home with Arjuna bark, 5 leaves of Bilvapatra, 5 fresh green leaves of Peepal, 5 leaves of Harshringar and 6 inches branch of Amrita (Giloy), 5 leaves of Tulsi with small part of Ginger, 1 Cardamon, two black pepper. I'm 62 yrs. Since last 7 days I'm taking Arjuna powder once a day. Is there any side effect? How long should I take ? Some time I am having needle pain on left side(heart).For precaution I'm taking Arjuna powder. Is there any side effect on sex? I've doubt that I may have prostate, tested in laboratory. Report say that with urine it passes semen. What is your opinion on this... Read More
