i am Vitamin D Deficient (8.76 ng/ml) as per the Latest blood test report (25-OH VITAMIN D). Ideal sufficiency is 30-100 ng/ml. My regular Physician has advised for Shots of Vitamin D3 over a Period of 6 weeks (once a week) and advised to intake Egg, Fish (sardines or Tuna).
