SIR im divyasri 26 years old delivered baby boy few days back..on 23rd Sept 2017..i have query regarding which food to take...can we intake all fruits and vegetables and green leaves...is there any issue of catching cold to baby with few of them like grapes....gauva...citrus fruits and few g.l and vegtbles....can I have regular food like during preganacy or is there any problem with it 4 child like... Dark circles and hollow eyes

I have a dark and hallow eyes from last couple of years. What should i do make normal looking eyes. Its looks dirty because eye lids are not visible. I sleep atleast 8 hours a day but my diet routine is not fixed coz of my shift and my stomach is upset most of the time . I have histamine intolerance.
