Schwannom tumor in spine marrow

I am a woman who had a surgery on my spine marrow in my neck (C4) 10 years ago at the age of 55. It was a benign tumor, Schwannom, that was more than 3 cm in diameter. I was partly paralysed after the surgery but have recovered and live a normal life now, except for having a weak bicepsmuscle and some tinglings in my arm/hand.
