Pranam Babaji.Actually,I am suffering from constipation fron last year.This is very upsetting.I go to toilet after 4 days.My stools is very thick.I have not been on any medicine.Could you please suggest me some medicines?Could you please also tell me how long will these medicines take to cure constipation?Please help me.I really need your help.Thank you.Please do tell me the time...
