Hello doctor, I am Ashwini (female) 30 years, im suffering from ITP since 1 year also there is antibodies developed which killed platelet cell which decrease platelet count Current platelet count 31000, Initially started with steriod tan Azoran daily 2 tab kindly suggest the Ayurvedic medicine with explain the dose which do not show or gives anykind of side effects on...
