Dear Sir, My father aged 73 yrs is suffering from achalasia cardia since last 10 years, in this period he has undergone ballooning twice (last time it was done in the year 2009). The problem of swallowing food and even liquids in this period has been increased gradually. In that case the peristaltic movement is delayed causing symptoms of inflammation like burning or vomiting.
