Expert's Advice (Dr.Ramani):- It is normal to have FBS below 100mg/dl and PPBS must below 140mg/dl in non-diabetics. So as you have a borderline increase you have to do another checkup to confirm diabetes. It is necessary to check HbA1c or glucose tolerance test to confirm diabetes.
