About Sexual Problem

Premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction is very common sexual disorders occurred early in a relationship due to anxiety and stress. Mainly it is associated with guilt and other psychological factors. The condition usually improves with the combined therapies.

The man ejaculates before he or his partner would like (prematurely). This may range from before penetration to a point just after penetration. This may cause dissatisfaction among the couples.

Some techniques to overcome this problem:

Foreplay is a method where an individual is not supposed to go for immediate intercourse. Practice and relaxation should help you deal with the problem. Though this method takes time to pickup, it is effective method. Stop the stimulation for about 30 seconds and then start it again. Repeat this pattern until the man wants to ejaculate. The last time continue stimulation until the man reaches orgasm, this technique is also called as “stop and start method.”

Among yogasanas:

Sharvangasana and matsyasana can be done apart from that kapalbhati pranayama should be performed regularly.( these asanas to be done under supervision for beginners)

Some medications: Musali Power Extra, Himalaya Confido, Vasantkusumakar Ras.
