What are the natural remedies for relief in Acidity and Hyper Acidity? I have symptoms like:-

  • Bitter taste of mouth, dislike for foods (lack of appetite), headache, body ache, burning sensation in hands and feet, mouth blisters, spots and small pimples on the body are its symptoms.

  • Burning sensation in stomach and heart, sour belching.

  • Vomiting, Increase in heartbeats, palpitation, restlessness.

Acidity patient during sleep in the bed should take 5-6 inches of height pillow under the head.

Acidity patient should take normal meal and take fresh easily digestible foods. Properly chew food.

Do not take food that cause acidity. (Try) to avoid constipation. Include fresh fruit and vegetable fiber in your diet. Drinking two glasses of water after waking up.

Refrain from drinking or smoking. Drinking water an hour after the meal. Try to avoid tension.

Taking a half tablespoon of lemon juice and equal amount of sugar in half cup water half an hour before a meal.

Stop eating spicy and fried foods, and tobacco, to prevent acidity.

Avoid clotting for dinner. Avoid acidic foods. Drink lots of water.

Add 1-2 tablespoon of sugar to 4 tablespoons of radish, and take the mixture three times a day.

Walking barefoot on the grass in the open air in the morning.

Roast potatoes in the sand to avoid burning of acidity in the stomach.

Take a glass of warm water when you feel the acidity.

Do not allow any kind of tension to enter your mind.

Add a little cardamom powder and one teaspoon of sugar to the banana mix correctly (raw or mature?). Take this mixture daily in the morning and evening

Wearing clothes made of cotton or linen and prevent stomach acid.

Avoid leather shoes and sandals.

Distance yourselves from pakodas (food wrapped in gram flour and deep fried). Take seasonal fruits.

Take fruit such as oranges, lemons, tomatoes that are rich in vitamin C.

Do not drink water while eating. Take a very small amount if must.

Instead of taking heavy meals twice preferred to take fewer meals 4-5 times a day.

Take a dinner 2-3 hours before going to bed. Do not go to bed immediately after dinner.

Avoid chocolate and cold drinks as well.

Avoid tension and anger because this is the greatest causes of indigestion.

Calm your mind before going to sleep so you can get quality sleep.

Take all of the meals (lunch and dinner) in a timely manner. To avoid an empty stomach or excessive eating. Avoid junk or fast foods.

The acidity and reflux after ingestion of foods makes life miserable. It spoils taste and causes burning sensation in whole stomach and esophagus or food pipe. He should avoid over eating. Take only homemade meals and that too very light in digestion. Take less food as that of demand or hunger. Avoid kapalbhati pranayam. Increase water intake and take four to five liters of water daily. Dhooti karma is very -very useful for the patient of acid reflux and hyper acidity. Decrease spices and fried, fatty fast foods.
