Acne problem 
today i m asking some suggestion about my face pimple i used many medican on my face but nor of them used if some used then only for few month so today i want to know from u what will be the best medicine for my pimple n i have some pimple black mark on my face so please give me a suggest which medicine i used for that so i can permantely solve that problem.thank u

Hello, Acne is called in Ayurveda as “Yavana pidaka.” One among the “Kshudra Rogas.” Due to non-maintenance of hygiene or irregular food habits, and due to improper excretory function of skin, and even due to hormonal imbalance acne will appear over face or back. This is due to blockage of secretions for the skin glands. Avoid exposure to dust continuously. Balanced diet is recommended. Take plenty of liquid diet such as warm water, milk, butter milk, fruit juices etc. for maintaining electrolyte balance. Avoid spicy, oily foods and deep fried items. Maintain proper timings of food intake. Avoid using chemicals over face. Reduce mental strain and stress, anxiety. Avoid foods those are displayed in public places or on roadside. Skin care is important like using himalaya neem face wash for washing your face and you can use Acne-n-pimple-cream for external application. Consume any herbal juice once a day such as Loki Juice or Aloe vera Juice You can do regular Yogasanas and pranayama.
