Always cold and cough 
I am suffering from continous cold and cough from last 10 years. I have taken so many medication including homoepath, allopath. When i wake up in the mornign i have severe headache and nose contious watery discharge from nose. Please give me proper medications

Hello , Continuous cough and cold is mainly due to less immunity power, and due to allergic reactions in your body. If there is a history of sinusitis or migraine headaches. If there is any kind of irregularity in food, and habits, that should be rectified. With the help of alternative therapies and complimentary medicines your cough and cold is rectified. One should take preventive measures like to avoiding exposure to cold climate, or cold food items. Avoid oily foods, spices, sour food items to prevent cold and cough. You can use some herbs like ginger, lemon, etc. Ginger can be used along with tulasi and black pepper to be prepared as decoction and to be consumed as 50 ml twice daily. Lemon also used as a tea preparations which is very helpful. There are few medications such as cough and cold medicine package and for immunity power you can consume Himalaya Septilin daily one tab twice daily and Divya-Chyawanprash You can practice yoga and pranayama regularly.
