Asthma natural remedies this question feed

I have asthma for a long time, during an asthma attack, I feel difficulty in breathing, heaviness in the chest, bloated stomach, anxiety and nervousness in the entire body, cold, cough, weakness, short breathing intervals, are all my symptoms of asthma. Please suggest natural remedies.

Natural remedies for asthma

  • Asthma patient, must first find a way to clean the stomach and breathing. Fasting is a good solution. After fasting for 1-2 days, a gradual transition to a liquid diet or fruit. And then a snack must be fair, which began in the thick wheat bread with wheat bran and added a pumpkin (lauki) should be taken.

  • During the days of fasting, enema should be taken with warm water daily.

  • During an asthma attack, a hot bath gives immediate relief. It is very necessary for patients to keep clean stomach. Dinner must be very fresh and light and heavy foods should be avoided. You should try to take the evening meal before sunset.

  • For drinking water with meals, and warm water should be used. Patients with asthma should leave immediately addictive substances such as snuff, cigarettes, pan masala, zarda etc

  • Honey may be utilized. Patients with asthma should definitely go for a walk in the morning. When walking and deep breathing must be practiced.

Yoga Remedies

  • If yoga can be practiced then Taras, Katichakrasan, Sarvangasan, Chakrasan, Bhujangasan, Dhanurasan, Brajrasan, Ustrasan, goumukhasan, Ardhamatsyedrasan, Matsyasan, and Savas are useful. In pranayama, one should do Kapalbhati, Suryabhedim and Bhastrika . More the body is calm and relaxing, faster the disease will be eliminated.

  • In the morning, Gal kunjal, Mutran Nitti, dhoti Gotalands should be exercised an empty stomach. However, one must exercise the processes mentioned by the patient with asthma only after proper instructions from someone who knows about yoga.
