Ayurvedic Health

The definition of health is appropriately explained by the sages and there is very much similarity with the definition by WHO.

Sama Dosha samagni sama dhathu malakriya. Prasanna atma indriya mana swastha ithyabhideeyathe

This is a Sanskrit quotation by the ancient sage which is available in 5000-year-old manuscript. The meaning goes like this:
Doshas are Basic Elements of the body, Dhatus are considered as tissues of the body and malas are excretory products. Agni is called appetite, pleasant soul, sensory function, and manas or mind. All these Doshas, Dhatus, Malas, Agni, should be balanced well along with pleasant mind and sensory function leads to a person in healthy state.

If a person affects from disease and to get rid from these diseases, sages explained many formulations as per the disease. These formulae are preparations of are herbal and herbo-mineral preparations which are safe to use.

Herbal medicines and herbo-mineral medicines are well explained in ayurveda and they are used for curing a disease as internal and external administration.

Ayurvedic medicines are not having any side effects if prepared according to formula.

They act to maintain proper health and acts in root level to fight against the disease and helps to maintain proper immunity power.

However, ayurveda medicines should be consumed as per the dose.

With regards, Dr. Vijay.
