Ayurvedic medicines for spondylitis. Spondylitis is a vata disease in ayurveda. Ayurvedic medicines are very helpful to maintain strength of inter vertebral disc spaces. As there will be wear and tear of inter-vertebral disc spaces and associated ligaments may lead to spondylitis. Cervical spondylitis is major problem facing by youths who do work for long term in offices in front of computers, those who carry heavy weights etc are suffering from cervical spondylitis. Spondylitis occurs at any point of spine due to nutritional imbalances and difficult lifestyle like long term seating in front of the computer. In order to prevent process of inflammation ayurvedic medicines are helpful. Ayurvedic medicines are used in the form of external and internal as well for preventing pain and inflammation process. In ayurveda Guggulu preparations are very useful to control spondylitis. However, along with ayurvedic medicines one should practice stretching exercises and even physiotherapy is also very helpful. Regular diet which is very important, and avoiding spices, oily foods, etc are very important. The medicines like Dashamoola harithaki rasayanam, yoga raja guggulu, maharashnadi kashayam, rasnaerandadi kashayam are very helpful to manage spondylitis. For the purpose of external applications for managing pain, the medicines like mahanarayana thailam, karpuradi thailam etc, and liniments can be used for external applications. iam gastric ,high blood presure and cervical patient,i feel pain in stomic and gastic attack ,feel uneasy with sweting,nervessness,ther will be HBP. Iam also cervical patient feeling pain in neck and nubness in arm and fingures of left hand. posted by dhani on 25 November 2010 13:36
