I would like all the person to try below simple remidies for reducing sugar 1)take 4-5 pcs of dried Kokum fruit & leave it in glass (steel) for overnight,early morning strain the water & kokum pulp ,Drink it on Empty stomach,if needed little salt can be added for taste,maintain this for few days & get your sugar level checked ,if you want it ok then can be continued daily
2) Soak some Methi seeds in night & chew the same in morning ,it will help in reducing blood sugar 3)Cinnamnon is also good for reducing sugar

according to ayurveda there are 20 types

of diabetes, out of them 50% are curable.the most effective remedy is paste of methi and gomuta ark.put 25 gms methi in 125 ml gomutra ark in the night ,make the paste of it in the morning in empty stomach, don't eat anything for next one and half hour. repeat this for 15 days. on 16th day check your sugar levels fasting and pp. if sugar levels are in normal parameters fasting110 and pp 140.your diabetes is cured.

Diabetes can occur at any age and can be found in infants of diabetic mothers by birth. There is no need to panic. The diabetes is not curable but can be easily controlled with medicines.
