Ayurvedic medicine for sexual problems 

hello doctor, its a bit odd kind of question but i need a serious advice on the same.. am 30+ age and single. and 5 ft 4 inch tall. i have an average body... till 28 age i was just 45 kgs... but now i have gone to 58 kgs. i hd allergic asthma.. but since last few months of gyming i have recovered from asthma.. but thats not my problem... since childhood i used to wear a very very tight underwear so my penis size is very small its not even 2 inches when normal...but it gets really hard and grows upto 4 inches on erection... but i feel quiet ambarrased by its size when normal and also when erect. i was in a relationship with a female which broke a few months back. coz she was not happy with my size.. she said so to me.. i really wanna make it work... i feel i have the smalles amoung my friends and i wanna make it bigger.. around 3-4 inches when normal and 6-7 inch when erect... is there any ayurvedic medication or oil that can make it bigger on permanent basis.. or shud i stop wearing underwear for a year or so... now am working otu and feeling very fit and also want to make my dick more strnger and bigger. i wud be very grateful if u can suggest me some good medicine to make the size bigger permanently.. a few docs suggetsed me a few medicines like white musli and ashwagandha but that increases the size only during intercourse but i wanna increase my size permanently.. and i want it big enough for any woman to like me... i dont wanna get embarrased any further...
