Expert's Advice:- Ayurvedic medicine precautions In Ayurvedic treatment it is believed that person taking Ayurvedic medicines should take selective food which is fresh, seasonal, natural & cooked with right flame & ingredients. People taking ayurveda medicines should take precautions in their eating habits & consult ayurveda doctor for information on what & what not to eat. Right time to take medicine, in right conditions like empty stomach, after bowels cleaning is very important. If precautions are not taken & right administrative mode is not followed, then medicine may not have its full effect to cure disease. Ayurvedic medicines are believed to work slow that is why some impatient people do not complete the full course & leave it in the midway, but it surely cures the disease from root, if full course is taken for longer duration. posted by Yoga GURU on 15 April 2010 5:22
