sir i m so worried about my hairs i m 21 yrs old from jalandhar cantt (punjab). earlier i asked u same question but no answer from u i get till now.

Hairs are very important in respect of beauty. Baldness due to hair fall and premature graying of hairs results in a big loss of face value. A person with hair fall, baldness or white hairs looks elder than his age. These problems also become a source of embarrassment and low confidence level. But generally imbalanced diet and atmospheric pollution or excess use of chemical rich hair cosmetics etc are the culprits. You should take healthy diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables.
