Ayurvedic for weight loss Weight reduction is possible with a some extra efforts. Complete fasting is the best and easiest remedy to lose weight and regain slim body. Take complete fast or only milk diet for fast reduction of weight. Take complete rest during complete fast. Second thing is to go for regular exercises, pranayamas etc and take Medohar vati regularly to reduce weight earliest. Increase water intake to get better results. Ayurvedic also recommends practice of Yoga for weight loss Kapalbhati pranayam is very useful for obesity treatment. Its regular practice helps in reducing weight and waist size. Daily practice of almost 30 minutes to one hour as per the capacity of individual gives satisfactory results. Slowly increase time for practice of pranayams. Start with a regular practice of about five to ten minutes and increase time as per your capacity.
