Balasarvangam?

Dear Sir You asked me to give Balasarvangam (5 drops with honey) daily to my 4 year old daughter to boost appetite and immune power.
Is this a Divya (Patanjali) product? If not where can i purchase that?
You mentioned also to give tribhuvankeerthi ras to relieve from fever to my daughter. Can i give her all these ayurvedic medicines. Please note that she takes Chyawanpraash regularly.
Often she has chesty coughs. Any solutions for that?
Please advise.

Hello, You can give Tribhuvan kirti ras to your kid, with ginger juice twice or once daily when she gets fever. You can mail us to get the details regarding Balasarvangam medicine, it is product of santhigiri company.
