Expert's Advice:- Hello madam, Bulky uterus may cause irregular periods or heavy menstrual flow which may be causing anemic in your condition which intern causing giddiness, headache, stomach pain etc. In order to regularize the menstrual flow there are alternative therapies which you may follow in combination. To prevent nutritional deficiencies that may cause menstrual irregularities which could lead to irregular ovulation or heavy menstrual flow. So you are supposed to take supplements or eat foods that are rich in zinc (fish, poultry, lean meats) and vitamin B complex (green leafy vegetables, wheat germ and other fleshy vegetables). Avoid constipating foods such as fried foods, sour foods, or protein-rich pulses, especially in the last week of the menstrual cycle. Avoid potato, yellow pumpkin, spices etc. Omega-3 fatty acids are helpful which may obtained from fish. Vegetables such as papaya, drumstick, snake gourd, bitter gourd, cucumber can be consumed. Suggested Yogasanas: Sarvagasana, Matsyasana, Ardhmatsyendrasana, Paschimottanasana, Surya namaskar, Ushtrasana and all backward bending asana are recommended but they should be try under the supervision of an expert. The Ushtrasana and Pashchimottasana are more effective. Ayurvedic medicines: M2-tone, Menorrhagia Package Medicine can be used.
