Chin Pimple / Acne 
Hello
I was suffering form Platelet problem which got resolved last year by having Ramdave baba medicine..Thanks to him and doctors who guided me.
But always used to get Chin pimple even after the treatment got over.Please suggest. It has even left marks badly:(

Hello madam, Acne or pimple is caused by the increase in sebum release from the sebaceous glands of the skin, it usually affects teenagers and young adults. In your case there may be blockage of secretions from the skin (sebaceous) glands which is causing infection. Acne/pimples usually caused due to irregular food habits and improper lifestyle in certain age groups. • Take plenty of water and juices where you need proper electrolyte balance. And do not use pinch or nail the pimple as it may increase the chance of infection. • Avoid oily foods and deep fried items. • Maintain proper timings of food intake, and morning breakfast should be bulk. • Consume any herbal juice once a day such as Aloe vera Juice • Reduce mental stress and strain if any. Also, your complaint is of black spots, once acne stops, automatically the black spots will disappear.
