Concentration problem

I am a college student. I am 20 years old. Guruji i am preparing for my CA PCC exam (starting from May 2010). My problem is that I am unable to concentrate on my studies, my level of confidence is not at good either. i am nervous with the fact of expectation from my parents. I cant remember things for a longer period of time. As a result of all these things I have started being in stress. Please Guruji, suggest me some yogas that I can do.
