I suffer from constipation and cannot excrete feces from the intestine resulting in constipation. I do not take fiber in the diet, and also take less fluids, i am generally stressed, and have wrong food habit and lack of exercise.

Dues to application of pressure while excreting daily, my anal canal has swelled.

I am afraid if piles and fistula can occur? I also suffer from gastric troubles, and acidity. I feel dizziness, eyes have sunk because of the constipation.

  1. The patient should refrain from eating and fasting for 2-3 days. During fasting that should be consumed fruit tart and cleansing the stomach by enema (colon irrigation). Vitamin (c) found in citrus fruits, which makes the proper order in the intestines.

    1. In the case of constipation old boil few rose petals in milk and consumed for a period of 15 days.
    2. Eat pigweed (bathua), which helps to eliminate constipation.
    3. Eat raisins great (munacca) with black salt to eliminate constipation.
    4. Drinking milk with castor oil during this time, the bed cleans and removes the feces constipation.
    5. Guava also removes constipation. But it should always be eaten before a meal, and if taken after food, it pays constipation.
    6. Sauce made from chilies, garlic, green and black salt eaten with meals removes chronic constipation.

    7. Drink orange juice either 1 or 2 lemon empty stomach every day in the morning.

    8. Eat regularly papaya removes constipation.

    9. Pear juice can be treated constipation. Rather.

    10. Of freshwater for drinking in an empty stomach in the morning to provide relief in constipation.

    11. 2-3 dried figs to eat after a meal is beneficial in constipation.

    14. With a paste of coriander, black salt and black salt is useful in constipation.

    34. Should climb significantly myrobalan 2 jam be given to patients. Immediately drink 1 cup warm milk. A laxative and removes constipation.
    35. Take 12 large raisins. Seeds from them. Boil with 1 cup milk. Consume before sleep to remove constipation.
    36. Take 10 g psyllium husks. Take one large bowl of yogurt and mix, if the patient takes the morning and evening daily that there would be no more constipation.
    37. Cows rub between the fingers ghee at bedtime for 40 days eliminates chronic constipation.
    38. The amount of grinding together on an equal footing dry ginger, fennel, rock salt and myrobalan. Take 3 grams of powder itself when going to sleep for the treatment of constipation.
    39. Take Senna leaves 50 gm fennel 100 g, 200 g palm candy, and grinding to powder, taking 6 grams with warm water at bed time cleanses the stomach in the morning.
    40. Soak the Indian laburnum core 3 with time more water for the whole night, filter in the morning, mix intelligence and palm sugar boil. A dose of 1 teaspoon for children, and more according to age adults to remove constipation.
    41. Eat mature peach mixed with honey removes constipation.
    42. For the treatment of chronic constipation 1 of drinking lemon juice with 200 grams water regularly for a period before and after meals and after defecation in the morning.
    43. Mixture of 50 grams of black salt and ghee 250 grams. Store. Take 10 grams every night at bed time with 50 g warm water. This is the remover of constipation.
    44. Take one handful of fennel seeds and remove the crust, take it with water for several days and strengthens the stomach and makes the brain strong. Constipation is also treated.
    45. Mix half a gram each cinnamon and ginger powder and cardamom. Taken before a meal, to increase appetite and eliminate constipation.
    46. Oily, spicy, sour, sweet, and should be avoided salty foods because they are the keys to induce the disease and constipation.
