Erection for longer 
I am 50 years old. I can sustain an erection for about 3-4 minutes of intercourse, after which I can no longer hold on and then I get the urge to ejaculate. Please advise how I can sustain erection for longer period. I want to mention that when I masturbate, I can maintain erection for longer time, say upto 25-30 minutes. Please advise the name of the medicine and the minimum medicine dose required to restore long erection period.
