I am 46 years old and my hair is greying very fast. Any remedy to stop greying. Will the grey hair turn black

Gray hair. Graying of hair is due to many factors, depending on age, place, climatic conditions, it varies. Most common reasons are anxiety and stress, inadequate nutrition, Hereditary, Unhealthy scalp associated with dandruff. Using harsh shampoo, soaps and other hair styling accessories in long run may also lead to this complaint. Prolonged usage of artificial colors may also affect the hair and causes premature graying. If you are analyzing the cause then have to get treated accordingly. Alternative therapies for preventing premature graying is usually a combination of herbs, diet, meditation, yoga, breathing, aromatherapy, and oil massage and ayurvedic medicines. In order to preserve the health of your hair, you need to drink 1/3rd cup of Aloe vera Juice. Diet: White sesame seeds can be consumed internally about 5gm to 10 gm is useful. Increase the intake of green leafy vegetables, salads, fruits, and sprouts in your diet. Consume enough proteins, yeast, wheat germ, buttermilk, consume some yogurt, whole grains, nuts, soya beans, and milk. Moderate intake of vitamins. Keep your scalp clean as far as possible, wash your hair every alternate day and apply conditioner at least once in a week. Boil neem leaves in water, cool and strain this water. Avoid using any harsh chemicals and many styling products to prevent hair loss. Massage your hair with lavender oil, lavender oil has been proved to promote hair growth and acts as toner.
