Guggul extract is a Resinous gum. Guggulu extract has been the herb of research since many centuries. In ancient times, holistic healing practitioners used this resin for the treatment of various health ailments and they discovered that the resin, if taken in proper quantity, can prevent the heart strokes. Also, they studied the herb guggalu extract and revealed that the herb is useful in assuring an uninterrupted flow of blood. Even modern scientists believe that shudhha guggulu can lower blood cholesterol by 15 to 25 per cent and can also lower triglycerides by 20 to 30 per cent.
