I am 46 years old and am losing lot of hair. can i have some remedies to stop hair fall?

Hair fall prevention: There are many factors for hair fall, it may be due to climatic conditions, irregular food habits. You have stated premature graying also. The cause may be same for your both complaints. The following information is helpful for your graying hair, and premature hair fall. In order to preserve the health of your hair, you need to drink 1/3rd cup of consume Aloevera Honey. Diet: Consuming food in balanced way is very important. Avoid spices, oily fries. White sesame seeds can be consumed internally about 5 to 10 gms. Increase the intake of green leafy vegetables, salads, fruits, and sprouts in your diet. Consume enough proteins, yeast, wheat germ, buttermilk, consume some yogurt, whole grains, nuts, soya beans, and milk. Green leafy vegetables are also good. Moderate intake of vitamins. Consume the foods that contain sulfur, zinc, vitamin-B complex, vitamin C and essential fatty acids. Keep your scalp clean as far as possible, wash your hair every alternate day and apply conditioner at least once in a week. Avoid using any harsh chemicals and many styling products to prevent hair loss. Massage your hair with lavender oil, lavender oil has been proved to promote hair growth significantly. Boil neem leaves in water, cool and strain this water.
