Hair loss 
I am 23 yrs old,male. I am suffering from hair loss and dandruff. at night there remains a dirt,preferably of black colour. the problem started 2 years ago. I am too worried Reason is stress and pollution. am i recommended to use divya kesh taila and divya kesh kanti. Please mail me co***hat007@gmail.com

Hello, From your query, we can make out that you have stress related problem and due prolonged exposure to pollution leads to hair fall and due to not maintaining hygiene you may be suffering from dandruff. One should follow regular food, and avoid spices, greasy foods, etc. Avoid stress and anxiety if any. Avoid harsh chemical-based shampoos, or hair creams. If you have any other illness, you need to specify. In most of the cases gastrointestinal related complaints may lead to premature hair fall. There should be proper nourishment to the hair roots. Balanced diet is very important. Yogasanas like suryanamaskara, sarvangasanam, Vajrasana, Pawanmuktasana, and anuloma-viloma pranayama are good. Regular application of Divya Kesh Taila, and Hair Loss cream is good. Herbal shampoo like Divya Kesh KantiShampoo is useful. There are few internal medicines which help to give proper nutrients such as Divya Amla Juice, Divya Amrit Rasayanam are useful medicines.
