Heart Rate

I am having Mukta Vati one per day. My Blood pressure went down from 140/90 to 115/75. But the heart rate went below 60. Why is that? What is the healthy heart rate? Do you want me to reduce dosage of Mukta Vati? Is that because of Nosal conjestion which I am having little bit?
For your information I am doing Bastrica, Kapal Bharti and Anulum Vinom everyday.

Hello, You can continue Mukta Vati for few more days and notice the blood pressure. If the Blood pressure is still in between 130-110/90-68 mmofhg, then gradually you can discontinue the medicine, and Divya Mukta Vati can be taken as general cardiac tonic also and normal pulse rate is 60 to 90 beats per minute.
