A large interval between two meals produces fluctuation in the sugar levels because you tend to eat more when you give a big gap. The basic idea is to maintain the sugar level at a constant rate so that the fluctuation do not take place. For this the portion which you eat is to be watched. i.e The entire quantity of food which you are taking is to be broken into small parts and taken in the regular interval of 2-3 hours. No fasting No feasting is the key. Say no to fried items, Oily foods, Sweets. The fried/oil items will cause problems for 3-4 days hence say no to it. Raw sugar will immediately shoot the sugar level in the blood so say no to it. Use the concept of Sustained release i.e. sugar to be supplied to the body in a sustained manner.
