Acne occurs due to hormonal imbalance after attaining puberty in both males and females if hygiene is not maintained properly. THERE ARE HOME REMEDIES FOR EXTERNAL APPLICATION: Preparing paste with husk of mustard seeds with raw milk. Application of buttermilk is also helpful. Washing face with plenty of water is very useful. Using the paste of dried orange peels on acne is also helpful. Application of tomato paste is also helpful. Grated potato application over face is also useful. Application of Tulsi on affected areas also very helpful. Garlic paste application on affected part is also very useful. Prepare a paste of massor dal or red lentils with milk and for application is useful. Application of aloevera is also very helpful. HOME REMEDIES FOR INTERNAL USAGE: Drinking wheat grass juice daily is beneficial. Using pomegranate juice is useful. Herbal teas like green tea is very helpful for reducing acne.
