Home remedies for Dark circles 

Dark circles under the eyes are due to many reasons such as anemia, menstrual irregularities in females, lack of nutrition, loss of sleep, stress and anxiety etc.

There are certain home remedies for external application and internal usage.

1. Applying potato juice and cucumber juice with the help of cotton around the eyes.

2. Lemon and tomato juice in 1:2 ratio respectively for dark circles.

3. Applying fresh mint leaves pulp for 15 minutes around the eyes are very helpful.

4. Coating pineapple juice and turmeric in paste consistency is good.

5. Massaging with almond oil regularly is useful.

6. Rose water usage in all packs will do good.

7. Application of paste with the combination of turmeric + Tomato juice and lemon juice in the consistency of paste is also helpful.

8. Applying paste of nutmeg with raw milk is also helpful.

Internal usage:

One should drink plenty of water to get rid from this problem. Drinking tomato juice with mint leave and lemon juice is helpful.

Drinking Amla juice is also helpful. Consuming fresh fruit juices are very helpful and green leafy vegetable intake also recommended.
