Home remedies for diabetes control 

Following are some of the effective home remedies for diabetes:

1. Mix equal quantity of Bay leaf powder (Tej patti) and turmeric (1/2 tsp each) in 1 tablespoon Aloevera gel. This mixture can be taken twice daily before breakfast and before dinner.

2. Fresh leaves to be boiled and that boiled water along with mango leaves to be kept overnight and filtered. That liquid has to be consumed in early morning empty stomach.

3. Bitter gourd juice is also helpful.

4. Curry leaves are also very helpful.

5. Cinnamon boiled in water is also useful for diabetes control.

6. Amalaki, turmeric, and fenugreek powders should be mixed in equal quantities and 1 tsp should be once daily with honey.

7. Bael leaves (Aegle marmelos) is also very helpful for controlling diabetes.

8. Consuming garlic, Indian plum (jamun), and onions are also very helpful.

9. Almonds soaked in milk to be consumed.

10. Tulasi leaves, neem, leaves, beal leaves should be taken in equal quantities should be boiled in water and filtered, this liquid can be consumed.

11. Soybean is also very helpful.

12. Black grape juice is also helpful to control diabetes.

13. Mango and Indian plum juice is also very helpful to control diabetes.
