HOME REMEDY FOR MOUTH ULCERS

Mouth ulcers usually occur due various reasons like hyperacidity due to spices etc, due to vitamin deficiency, viral infections, or even due to usage of any medicines.

To treat mouth ulcers, one can follow home remedies those are used as application locally and internal usage. Home remedies such as:

• Honey is the best home remedy for mouth ulcers, as honey is having would healing nature and it is very useful when you gargle with this honey (2 tsp) raw honey for gargling without using water.

• Mint oil is used for gargling.

• Holy basil leaves or tulasi leaves are useful to chew for getting rid from mouth ulcers and even for bad breath.

• Amla paste is applied over the affected parts.

• Triphala churnam can be used a gargling by preparing decoction.

• Turmeric powder and honey is mixed in equal quantity and applied locally.

• Almond soaked in milk is useful for internal usage. Using green leafy vegetables is useful for reducing mouth ulcers.

Along with home remedies one should follow strict balanced diet and vitamin deficiency is balanced. Consume juices regularly.
