Can you suggest some home remedies along with diet and medicine for obesity and for over weight?

Along with diet and medicine one can follow some home remedies which helps as a combined therapy.

  1. Cabbage juice is helpful.

  2. Vegetable soups are also very helpful.

  3. Eating papaya once in two days also helpful.

  4. Drinking green tea or herbal tea helps to reduce over weight.

  5. Consuming lukewarm water by adding equal quantities of honey and basil paste is also helpful.

  6. Consuming curry leaves regularly is also very good home remedy.

  7. Consuming tomato juice in the morning before breakfast also reduces weight.

  8. Using black pepper powder in vegetables and soups.

  9. Apple cider vinegar is also useful for reducing weight in different form.

  10. Horse gram paste used with warm water is also helpful.

  11. Guduchi or giloy is also effective for reducing obesity.

  12. Aloevera juice is also helpful.

It is advised that one can try any one or two remedies initially.

You can try using these remedies along with regular exercises and diet.

Advice for weight loss & obesity

Every body is aware that obesity gives rise to many diseases, so it is better to stay slim & trim. Our body is overweight because of improper food & improper eating habits. Luxurious life, wrong way to sleep, negative habits make us obese. By making a small positive change in our lives we can be slim. Always remember that obesity is the mother of all diseases. Hypertension, ledsmerter, heart problems, diabetes caused by obesity. In other words we can say that consuming more calories & burning fewer calories cause obesity.

What should be the diet

People should take balanced diet & nutritious food as per their nature. Balanced diet should contain protein, starch, fats, vitamins & water. People should take 10 times more water than necessary. take clean water, butter milk & dairy products. take seasonal fruit, each season has different atmosphere & affect are also different. The food habits must be changed each season & atmosphere sphere. This helps to keep our bodies strong. Make sure that obesity is not sneaking into track food you eat.

• Avoid eating when not hungry. • Food must be chewed & eaten slowly. • Do not eat too much. • Avoid spicy, deep frying & heavy food. • Use less salt. • Stay away from spicy & greasy food salt content. • Take fresh fruit for breakfast instead of snacks. • Take the salad in your meals. • Use natural spices for food preparation. • Use fat-free oil for cooking. • To reduce fat in the diet, take less fat products, or take fat-free products or dairy products. • Chocolate, sugar syrup, candy, ice should be taken in smaller quantities. Use fruit raitha. • Tag whole grains that have minerals & fiber from foods. • Take the cereal bran & flour with bran. • If milk is not suitable then take lactose-free milk. • Avoid meat. • Use vinegar or lemon to make food palatable.

The importance of exercise in daily life

Exercise plays an important role in his life. Exercise helps to digest food & keep healthy. Exercise for half an hour for 5 days in a week. Regular exercises keep the heart & lungs healthy & keep triglyceride levels low. Increases in this level lead to heart disease. Obesity & hypertension can be controlled by controlling the little things. A person should take adequate sleep & rest, reducing the time of the work. See weight. Keep track of your daily routine to maintain a healthy routine, this will certainly keep you slim & trim. Maintain routine to avoid problems & keep alive excited to become in life.
